Announcements
Below are some important announcements about living in Woodstream.
Please check this page periodically, so you are up-to-date on the happenings
in our neighborhood. Events will also be posted on a white board
at the corner of Woodstream Dr and Busey Rd. Some events require
an RSVP.
If you have any questions, please contact the Social
Committee Chair.
[NOTE: As everyone knows, the COVID-19 pandemic seriously dampened our activities here in Woodstream. As the community learns to live with the virus, we hope to get back to the active schedule we had before 2021. Everyone, please do what you can to remain safe.]
2025
Community Garage Sale Now Scheduled for June 20th - 22nd.
Woodstream should have
lots of bargain hunters during the 3 days of the Garage Sales. The
weather should be nice, so Woodstream homeowners can get together all the
treasures they can find in their garages, attics, and basements.
It should be a great sale.

2024
Annual Meeting Was Held September 11th
The Annual Meeting
of the WHOA was held at the Pickerington Library on September
11th. Unfortunately, the turnout was far below normal. The past year was
reviewed and the Common Areas and the 2025 budget were discussed.
We discussed the Architectural Review process, followed by an
open discussion and the election of two of our three Directors ...
see the "Board of Directors" page to see the new Board. Our neighborhood
continues to be well maintained by Omni Community Association Managers.
Some new projects and events will be coming in 2025. Please continue
to give your input to our Board and to Omni. Let's keep our neighborhood
top-notch.

Please check this
new page to our website ... Lost & Found. Note the new button on
the left side of each page. Keep an eye out for items laying along
the street or sidewalk, then check the Lost & Found Page to see

Woodstream
Holds Food Drives for the Pickerington Food Pantry
The Pickerington
Food Pantry helps families in our community every month. At this
time they are very low in supplies. The Woodstream community collected
donations to help fill their shelves. The Food Drive runs every
year, usually in the fall. You can still donate money, canned goods,
and other nonperishable items at the Food Pantry. See their website
at www.pcmafoodpantry.com
for details and the current list of needs.
Please
make sure items are not expired. The pantry cannot accept expired
foods.
Architectural
Review Required for Any Exterior Changes
The
Architecture Review and Rules Enforcement functions will now be
assumed by Omni Managers. They will be responsible for maintaining
a neat and consistent appearance to the properties and buildings
within the Woodstream community. Any changes to the exterior of
your home or landscaping must be pre-approved by Omni, before the
changes are made. The process is quite simple and should cause no
delay in your plans, assuming you promptly submit your plans to
them as soon as you know you will be making changes. The form and
instructions are available on the Omni
Documents Page.
